1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • The request must be initiated within 7 days of product delivery

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original condition and packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened, used, or tampered products

  • Items marked as final sale or promotional giveaways

  • Products with damage due to customer mishandling

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will confirm eligibility and guide you through return instructions.

  3. Once the returned item is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of approval or rejection.

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be:

  • Processed to the original method of payment

  • Reflected within 7–10 business days (bank processing times may vary)

  • Exclusive of shipping charges, unless the return is due to an error on our part

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos and a description of the issue

We will arrange for a free replacement or full refund
